Don't let this be a referendum on coal, let it reflect management practices at TVA that need change. Until we can develop other sources of large scale power, like it or not, we need to burn coal.

Shocking this toxic sludge being shipped to the poorest, mostly Black community, (Perry County - Ala)..This is under Obama's EPA! Be it garbage - incinerators - this toxic sludge / by God you'll not see it dumped at Martha's Vineyard - Kennebunkport - etc. Hell RICH attorney (lives in Jackson Hole) Jerry Spence had an incinrator stopped from beign constructed in South Dakota because emissions MIGHT mar Jackson Hole's turquoise skies. This place the playground - trophy homes of the elite. Disgusting...NOTHING is changed except for the worst. They all LIE...and could care less about killing people.

Our goverment has known about these issues for decades but has failed to act because of Utilities lobbying against regulations. It's unacceptable and irresponsible. How long must we continue to wait?
